Mounting hardware
Bright zinc plated metal
"U" bracket
2 ½" x 3/8" bright zinc plated threaded bolt
for mounting bracket to the rubber light housing including a plated flat washer and nylock nut.
1 ¼" x ½" bright zinc plated threaded bolt
for mounting bracket to the end user machine including a plated flat washer and nylock nut.
Wiring
2 Standard 16 gauge automotive wires, 12" long,
with hook terminals, attached and installed in each unit.
Housing
UL4-36 unit: 4 ¼" round EPDM rubber-molded unit
with a square steel insert at the base where the mounting bracket
is attached. Holds most PAR 36 glass sealed beams. The sealed beam
snaps into place under the rubber lip with no tools required except
a screwdriver to attach the hook terminals to the screws on the back
of the sealed beams. There are rubber supports molded inside to cushion
and support the sealed beam against jolts and impact from outside
sources while doing its job.
UL5-46 unit: Same as 4" unit except the opening
is 5 3/8" for PAR 46 sealed beams
Rock guards
UL4-36 unit: A bright zinc circular bulls eye
pattern with 3 legs, designed to snap over the PAR 36 unit with a
sealed beam installed. Meant to deflect rocks, branches, and any other
large natural or manmade objects that could break the glass sealed
beam.
UL5-46 unit: A bright zinc circular bulls eye
pattern with 4 legs, designed to snap over the PAR 46 unit with a
sealed beam installed. Meant to deflect rocks, branches, and any other
large natural or manmade objects that could break the glass sealed
beam.
